Terms & Conditions for the Sarah Elizabeth Bridal “Win a FREE Designer Wedding Dress” Competition:
When our prize draw opens, it will remain open until the stated entry criteria is met, such as a number of post shares. Only one entry will be accepted per person. This competition will run from the 6th August, until the 31st August 2016.
To participate in this competition to win a free of charge designer wedding dress, each entry must of liked our Facebook page and comment ‘LOVE’ and then share the competition post.
The winner will be chosen at random from all qualifying entries.
The winner will be notified of their success by a notification on our Facebook page with the winners name.
The competition prize is the designer wedding dress shown in the pictures. There is no cash alternative, the prize is not transferable to other items, and is excluding delivery charges and any alterations if needed.
The winner will be announced and notified via Facebook within 7 days of the closing date. Winners must acknowledge the win and claim the prize within 7 days.
(Please ensure your privacy settings on Facebook allow us to message you. If the winner’s privacy settings mean we are unable to make contact through Facebook’s system we reserve the right to offer the prize to another randomly selected entrant).
The winner must redeem their prize in person, in-store unless funds have been agreed and postage organised and the dress must be redeemed within one month of the date from which they were notified that they were the winner.
There will be no refunds or exchanges available after the prize has been redeemed for any reason.
No cash alternative is available.
The winner must agree to provide Sarah Elizabeth Bridal Boutique with pictures of them in their gown and agree to Sarah Elizabeth Bridal Boutique using these images at their discretion.
All entrants must be aged 18 or over and be a UK resident.
The Director’s decision is final and unchallengeable. The Director can at his/her discretion declare a competition void without providing a reason.
